I left a message for Paul regarding a spa fence inspection around 07.10 today. He called me back shortly thereafter and subsequently attended our property 30 minutes later.
Paul ensured the fence met specifications and provided advice on signage and was very professional and helpful.
At 13.25 the same day Paul issued the Compliance Certificate.
This was most appreciated given the property was under a contract of sale.

Paul and his team were incredible to deal with. They were professional, kind, flexible, on time, knowledgeable and ultimately the job of getting our spa and pool safe and certified was great (and achieved). We have a complex pool and spa set up, and Paul was so kind and helpful. He went and beyond to ensure our pool and spa were safe for certification.

His company is also less expensive than other pool safety teams on the market.

10/10 experience.
