I left a message for Paul regarding a spa fence inspection around 07.10 today. He called me back shortly thereafter and subsequently attended our property 30 minutes later.
Paul ensured the fence met specifications and provided advice on signage and was very professional and helpful.
At 13.25 the same day Paul issued the Compliance Certificate.
This was most appreciated given the property was under a contract of sale.
I would strongly recommend others experience the high level of Paul's service and the relief of not waiting days / weeks to ensure compliance.

I used to own Stuff4pools (Jim) retired last year.
I had very few businesses I would recommend to my customers and real estate agents but Paul was one of the few I would recommend.
I had to get a safety certificate this week and it was a pleasure dealing with somebody that actually wants to help. Highly recommend.

Paul and his team were incredible to deal with. They were professional, kind, flexible, on time, knowledgeable and ultimately the job of getting our spa and pool safe and certified was great (and achieved). We have a complex pool and spa set up, and Paul was so kind and helpful. He went and beyond to ensure our pool and spa were safe for certification.

His company is also less expensive than other pool safety teams on the market.

10/10 experience.

Thank you Paul and team

Had been using a previous company that was extremely difficult and unhelpful. Paul came and was quick, efficient and gave me my certificate that day. Wish I had used him from the start!
